A home ed friend runs a home ed group .
Last week after half term they had 42 kids turn up, and the vast majority were new kids they had never met before.
The vast majority are in the older primary, younger secondary age group so 8-13 ish and have been deregistered from school so will instantly be contacted by the local council etc so this isn’t an attempt to evade the authorities etc. The majority say it’s all due to bullying or unmet needs.
Does nobody go to school anymore? 🧐😅
