The bill for my first full month on the Octopus Agile tariff arrived today and the weighted average for my electricity was 11.61p/kWh. That’s not bad compared with the price cap of about 24p on standard tariffs. The bill includes a breakdown of every half hour of every day in the month and the bill is totted up from all those little products of price and energy. As I used the most electricity at low price times (charging the car) the weighted average is pushed down. This is fun!
