The missus thawed some of her homemade split pea, lentil, and ham soup, and I made a loaf of bread. Sure, #SoupWednesday isn't until tomorrow but we went out checking Christmas decorations in the community and wanted a no fuss meal when we got home. The soup could have used a bit of stock to thin it out, but whaddaya gonna do? At least the bread was magnificent. As for tomorrow, we'll be having spaghetti and meatballs for #Soup Wednesday.
