All these privacy issues will be dealt with over time, no technology is ever stagnant, unstoppable solutions will emerge. Privacy doesn't matter really today as Bitcoin has no real adoption yet. Spend your sats away, just do not move your coins in cold storage, in 10 years all these concerns will go away.
