As early as 2002 they should have gotten the memo when the USA passed The Hague Invasion Act.
But Bitcoin didn't exist yet, which is a reasonable excuse for not using it.
Then in 2020 Trump I put sanctions on them. Bitcoin did exist at that time.
Then he got reelected. What were they thinking? Or do they just *want* to be victims for PR reasons?
