Well said. I am wary of the tendency to over spiritualize Bitcoin….and yet. As my understanding grows, the spiritual parallels that crop up are astounding.

Was thinking about the lack of value in our thoughts and opinions that our culture is so obsessed with. Also thinking about how much fakeness there is in the world when this passage came to mind. It is not the works that EARN salvation. This is clear from scripture but if you are living in Christ the proof of this fact will be evident. I think that is what James is saying here. It is easy to say things but the proof is in the work. Wild how bitcoin gives me new angles on things I've known for years.
