Does anyone know if there is a way to block an account? I don't follow it, but sometimes others share it.

(Sadly, it has interesting photos & subjects, but for very specific reasons it's Triggering to me.) So--in theory, I should block it.

Is filtering words in the account profile the only option? (I actually read on related topics. I want to block the photos.)
