New Samsung 990 PRO SSD (2TB, FW 4B2QJXD7, which is the latest according to LVFS) crapped out on me last night.
Could also be a host issue, but the problem persisted after a warm reboot. Power cycling the box fixed it and it has been running fine since, so it probably was a firmware hang?
No errors in `nvme smart-log` or `nvme error-log`.
