Michael (npub1v0a…ysv4) I've tracked everything I've eaten since January 2011 with the exception of one week towards the end of that year. Accuracy changes dramatically from when I'm eating a lot at home versus eating out and especially when on vacation. But having done it for over a decade continuously, and having had several years of experience doing it when I was it a fitness phase, I've gotten good at doing it seamlessly.
