Trying to wrap my head around this story... 16-year-old executed a homeless man, vigilante-style, who he accused of raping his 15-year-old girlfriend. The boy claims that the girls' parents refused to press charges against the homeless man. Complicating matters is that the boy's father is the head of a large homeless advocacy organization.
