The CDC just modified their dashboard to make Covid transmission look lower - PATHETIC AND VERY DECEPTIVE.
The underlying data are identical. However, the Y axis is rescaled to make everything seem lower.
It would have actually fallen under "low" right now - but it's instead showing as "minimal"
