I did do natural births, and on my third I had to give instructions to a med student who was on duty alone in the middle of the night. The only OB was busy. Lucky for the kid, I convinced him that I had fast deliveries and he'd be catching a baby in an exam room with no supplies if he tried to wait for the doctor. All went well. He brought all his friends around the next day to show them what he had accomplished. LOL.
