Strong people are also somewhat ruled by their emotions, but not to the extent as weak people, hence they are able to forgive those that have wronged them.
But intelligent people are the least likely to be ruled and governed by their emotions, or at the very least try not to let their emotions control them. Hence their ability to ignore the negative people in their life, or those negative influences, and move on.
