First #SCOTUS decision, Corner Post, greatly expands the ability of people to challenge government regulations, not how they were applied, but the entire regulation. 6-3 party line split. Combined with overruling Chevron last week, we can expect wholesale judicial makeover of the nation's laws next year by conservative activist judges. All environmental and discrimination law is dead.
