But I am aware I really have to take it easy, I’m so reactive right now. I’m blocking people and getting very upset about all sorts of minor things. Trying to balance this with the untrammelled loneliness the burnout has caused is very tough.
The skill regression has been brutal. Such basic things I used to be able to do I now can’t. At one point I thought I lost the ability to read.
