The fact that #Belgrade had wet bulb temps that were only a few degrees shy of unsurvivable this morning— and the fact that there is no end in sight to the heatwave we now call “July”—is pretty terrifying.
We did not grow up with A/C. Although some offices had it, I first experienced it in the US. 36C was unheard of. It’ll be 40 tomorrow, and for the next seven days.
