Hi Dovydas,
Thanks for the heads up! This was a completely unintended side effect. We actually were cleaning up our feeds last week and fixed the way we are generating our guids so they are more accurate according to the spec. I incorrectly assumed Podcast Index would store these new versions as separate and distinct feeds but now I see they old feeds are being updated with the new guids. As you identified, this is not good.
