There's also a Christian organization in my town that runs all the shelters for the unhoused. They just finished a capital campaign to build a larger, new shelter downtown.
The county council denied them $750k in federal pandemic relief funds due to their discrimination in hiring: they only hire Christians.
Then, the council suddenly reversed course and decided to give them the money. I am furious.
