I'm closing out my fifth year of pandemic solo isolation without human touch (in my space station life!) and damn, it's hard.

It looks like I have years of this ahead at this rate. I'm looking at what I can adjust to keep going.

I'm trying hard to move from a mindset of "what's the bare minimum I need to survive" to "what (within my operating constraints) would bring me joy". It's hard, too.

If you have made this kind of transition & have more than platitudes, I'd love to hear about it.
