What we are seeing in the west is an amalgamation of decades. Where citizens have increasingly checked out of the system in numbers because they look at the ruling parties, and do not feel represented. They look at these people and see liars, manipulators, and thieves. Almost inhuman in nature. If anyone or group ever gets any political traction these gross vile humans and their minions will do everything to destroy these dissidents. This only makes the populists on the left and the right stronger and more determined. The ruling class sees this and are becoming more terrified like the petulant inept spoiled children they are and act out as such. Claiming the need to stifle and destroy the rights and freedoms we all hold dear. Viva la revolution!
