lol I appreciate your take. I like the Episcopal church near me because one of my ancestors was a priest there (pre America times) and we have a stained glass window there for his family. Kind of cool. Also I really liked the priest there but he’s retired now and they’re struggling to find a priest. My heart wants to stay there and see it grow but I also want my kids to go through the Catholic sacraments like I did. I appreciate the Sunday school that is found at most Catholic Churches. My Episcopal church doesn’t really offer much of that and most of the people there are much older. I’d like a better spread of ages so my kids could grow up with some peers at church like I did.
Episcopal is a nice blend of Protestant and Catholicism. Although it’s Anglican in nature.
I also am starting to come full circle on the Catholic Church. For all its fallacies it’s still the original church in my opinion. No church or religious institution is without its fallacies. This goes all the way back to the original Israelites.
Trying not to lose sleep over it but I am lol.
