The number of followers displayed in Nostr clients can be inconsistent. To find a more reliable display of your followers, I recommend using
https://nostr.band/. You can log in using the browser extension, then go to the top right corner and click on your profile picture. From there, select "Profile" from the dropdown menu, and you will find your profile stats.
