Tiny houses are popping up all over, and I think it's probably the best of a bad situation.
Buddy of mine bought an old school bus and turned it into a temporary place to live until this shit levels off and he can afford to build a house. It's just as good as most apartments really, and he has some lovely acreage out in the sticks.
