I know for a fact that I don’t have ADHD, but sometimes I have some traits in common. Mainly with forgetting things and getting distracted easily.
It’s the traumatic brain injury though. I have short term memory issues from permanent brain damage. I can do something and a minute later I have no memory of what I just did. TBI can look a lot like adhd.
I don’t relate to adhd traits though, so I figure I’m just autistic + mental health stuff. I read yesterday 50% to 70% of autistics are AuDHD.
