I changed my cancellation policy and raised my fees to handle all the cancellations, but the additional cancellation fees didn't seem to help.
In 2025, I'm adjusting my cancellation policy again as some of my park permits went up 300%+ and the insurance requirements went up, too. It's getting expensive to run workshops so having a cancellation or two that can't be filled makes it tough.
