Under the terms of the 8th Circuit's injunction, the Education Department couldn't give PSLF forgiveness to any borrower who is subject to the SAVE plan rule — even if they independently meet the PSLF requirements.
It's nonsense. But, the 8th Circuit just said it doesn't care.
