Consider how a Universal Basic Income of $1,300/mo would be equivalent to a $7.50/hr increase in the min wage for those working 40-hr weeks and $15/hr increase for those working 20-hr weeks. But unlike min wage, UBI would also increase all workers' bargaining power and reach all unpaid care workers.
