That's why "Authorized Fetch" is a thing now, if you're familiar. If you're not, it's basically a surefire way for instances to enforce blocks at the instance level, but right now, it's a Mastodon feature only. Therefore anyone on Akkoma, for example, could "ignore deletes". Meaning that when I block them and my instance sends a request to delete my content, the instance will just ignore the request.🤦‍♂️ and any mastodon instance that doesn't have it on, user level instance blocks are literally just a mute.😳

It's a massive flaw right now.
