I've been loosely observing the concept of communities run by DAOs, but I don't really like it because real life can end up being dictated by proposals, and the community gets bound by the DAO framework.
Also, tokenomics tend to collapse, and I wonder if public blockchains are even necessary for small-scale economies.
So, if I were to build a community, what kind of foundation would I create?
