I'm glad your son and family have somewhere safe and secure to dwell.
My proposal is that all dwellings would be social housing. Administered by the local authority and allocated according to need.

I'm also interested in the issue of places where currently there are few houses at affordable prices/rents. I'd like to discuss what are the reasons for "young people in a rural or coastal (area)" to stay in that area? Are there ways to make a living in those areas?
