If I didn't already have too many projects on my plate recently, I'd work on something that's OBS-like, but for iPad Pros with the new support for capture devices. Target the high-end video and streaming pros.
Somebody else should take that and run with it. In a couple of years I think it'll become super common to use these devices for capture purposes, but the software needs to exist first.
