The issue with Nostr is that it's just not easy to understand. I am almost a complete linux noob. However, I managed to start up my own instance on DigitalOcean and have been having it running for 9 months now. I can't figure out Nostr. See the issue?😬 If someone who's generally knowledgeable with tech can't figure it out, it's too difficult.
