Shame so many with wealth and power seem impervious to learning that lesson any other way.
I vote for making it mandatory; once someone crosses the 1 mill/ year mark, it all goes into escrow until you've lived at least a year in poverty.
Betcha wages would go up across the board just so CEOs wouldn't have to hit a soup line.
