Just talked to my Mum. The hospital where she worked for what feels like forever and is still helping out a few days a month even though she's now retired, is bankrupt. They are going to close some of their wards and move others to other hospitals, and probably fire some of their staff. Explain to me why we are using tax money to save banks, but not hospitals...?
