I have SVT. Diagnosed last year after my pulse hit 170 and stayed there for half an hour when I was just bimbling around the kitchen making breakfast. The weird bit for me was I felt absolutely fine other than being aware of my pulse. No anxiety, no swears, nothing. But I've had palpitations my entire life, and it's only recently I discovered my palpitations aren't just what everyone experiences.
