Funny it is, the more analog/manual I go the more productive I get in my work.
Phone outside of work room, paper and pen notes, music set from a different device outside of reach (actaully I plan to buy a turntable), and nearest item I can grab is a small dumbbell or kettlebell so if I want to fidget I do stuff with it. Dog at my feet reminds me to take him out and have a walk a few times a workday.
I struggle more outside of work hours to keep myself out, try to implement all what you listed but somehow can just sunk in. All I can think of is just separating myself physically from the phone.
That's why I am terrified what if brain-chip AI agents become a reality.
