4/ Anita Anand, transport minister. Anita had her time rising through the ranks, now she's on the backside of what turned out to be an unremarkable stint in cabinet. The wind has gone out of her sails and she's frimly in the political doldrums. I doubt very much she could lead an inspiring leadership bid, much less a federal campaign.
