I have my next allergen immunotherapy appointment tomorrow morning. It's going to be a big one, and I'm really dreading it. It my first dose of the birch/dust mite/grass blend. The allergist asked hubby to be there, they don't know how I will react to the birch tree allergen.
It could be completely fine, I could have an asthma attack, I could get anaphylaxis, who knows 🤷
