nah, we're in the "classify those who want the opposite of what the platform is built on, unrealistically" as pretty crazy. I don't like Mastodon Gmbh or Meta as much as the next guy, but I'm not delusional, thinking that there's any reason Fedi should be a closed platform. If you want that, sincerely, just go to a platform that has that. I am not being snide, aggressive, or anything with that statement. This is not the place for that. It goes against what Fedi is, very literally.
