I was wondering about this until I realized that most "Bitcoin businesses" aren't real businesses, where customers pay for a product, and the money they pay needs to at least cover costs (including their own labor), and there are competing businesses driving down the margin.
Even the ones that are real businesses, usually aren't conducting most of their transactions in Bitcoin. Cuz thar be dragons.
