I do like AirBnB; it’s provided some great rentals for family vacations. But… ten 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥 short-term rental properties in a major city with a rental shortage? That’s nuts. And that’s likely a big factor in rising rental prices and housing costs. So maybe it needs a lot more restrictions. It definitely needs more regulation.
