Rosemary's Baby prequel that's nowhere near as horrible as I'd heard. It's not really that good, but we've all seen worse just this week.
Very light on actual scares that don't involve a callback to RB, but you keep watching because of a wonderful performance by Julia Garner. It deserves a much better movie.
Script decides to retcon some of the elements from the one scene we get to know Terry from RB. It's baffling, and makes you wonder why they decided to make a prequel in the first place if it was just going to recycle story beats from the original.
A bad prequel but a not-terrible movie.
