Yeah, @ d0enakalle is showing one way to control which channel. I honestly don't know how to exert precise control over. which. This is something I've been meaning to research. One thing that I think make sense is that when you fund a new channel, only use UTXOs that have the same cost basis(acquired at the same time, or maybe mixed to be equivelant). Of course if you fund a different channel with UTXOs with some other cost basis then you are back to needing to track which channel gets spent from. It's enough to make your head spin. This is what happens when you operate in jurisdictions that consider crypto as property(not El Salvador or CAR).
