One small thing I've noticed at the hospital practice. It had a separate "entrance for healthy children".
This entry went into a vestibule at the corner of the building. However, the main entrance also led to this vestibule, and was literally placed 90° to the "healthy children" entrance.
Unfortunately, the "entrance for healthy children" was locked.
