This summer, we decided not to use a rental car for any of our holiday. So trains and buses in five different countries. How did it go? It went overall flawlessly, all trains were on time. This is the itinerary:
1. Malmö-Copenhagen-Hamburg-Kassel
2. Kassel-München-Oberstdorf
3. Buses and lifts to do hikes
4. Hike over the alps through Austria to Meran while using buses down in the valleys
5. Meran-Bozen-Verona-Venice
6. Vaporettos
7. Venice-Innsbruck-Nightrain to Hamburg-Copenhagen-Malmö
