For a couple of weeks now I have heard a disturbing sound outside (it seems to be outside) that is the kind of short low hum you get with a powerful electrical connection.
It worries me but I cannot find out where it's coming from. It's a noise that lasts only a second.
I have NO way of identifying it or hearing it close by, nor of discovering its origin. It can happen several tims a day, or hardly at all.
