A clerk at my grocery store greeted me and later asked me if I needed help and i said hi and later told him I was just trying to choose between the vast array of tofu they offer. He found me later and gave me a candy bar and thanked me for taking out my earbuds to speak to him. Meeting the very lowest basic bar with my fellow humans. 😭
