I almost approved an image in a project for work today: three girls, diverse ethnicities / skin tone / hair types, eye contact, smiling, subtext serves the project. They're even wearing masks.
Then I realized they are all wearing surgical masks. Ill fitting. Loose.
Running the image would mean tacitly endorsing bad mask practices.
But I was in "work mode", not "pandemic mode," and I almost didn't catch it.
