Hey! The easiest way is to find a few people who you know or interact with, and then go through their list and follow the accounts they follow, or the people they engage with on their profile feed.
If you use other social platforms like Twitter, a lot of nostr users post their npub to their Twitter profiles to make it easier to find them, too (although many of us are doing #MarchOffTwitter so you may find that less effective these days).
