For those who haven't seen it, Gamers Nexus just dropped a video calling out NZXT for their predatory gaming PC rental service, where you rent a gaming PC at an obscene rate. You'll spend as much in 8-10 months on rent payments as you would have spent just buying the computer, and you still won't even own the damn computer at the end of it.
For a $2k computer, over 2 years you would pay $6k in rental fees, and you'd have nothing to sell at the end to subsidize your next upgrade. Buying with a credit card is still a bad financial decision, but also miles better than using this scam of a service.
